This weekend’s fourth round of the Australian Production Car Series will welcome two saloon cars amongst the 25-car field.
The two AU Falcons are owned by Bradley Car and Lindsay Kearns respectively with both entries vying for the I class victory.
Carr will be joined by state Saloon Car champion Coleby Cowham, in the AU Falcon, supported by Ry.com.au.
“Coleby is not only the two-time Queensland Saloon Car champ, but he also has a class win at the 2016 Bathurst 6 Hour and a class podium at the 2017 Bathurst 12 Hour, and is just an all-round nice guy,” Carr said.
“I am really looking forward to seeing what we can do in Class I at Queensland Raceway.”
The second Ford will this weekend be driven by Kearns and co-driver Scott Green.
“Lindsay is a three-time Queensland Saloon Car champion and a very accomplished steerer,” Carr said.
“Both entries should be strong this weekend with a good mix of experience and enthusiasm, and I can’t wait to see what we can achieve together.”
The Australian Production Car Series is part of the fifth round of the Shannons Nationals on 4-6 August.
