Motorsport Australia is pleased to announce Disc Brakes Australia (DBA) as its official Brake partner for 2024.

Disc Brakes Australia is an Australian manufacturer of state-of-the-art disc rotors and drums, while also offering a range of brake pads and shoes, callipers, brake fluids, sensors and other ancillary items, as well as providing invaluable technical expertise.

As part of the agreement with Motorsport Australia, Disc Brakes Australia will also serve as the official Brake partner for the Shannons SpeedSeries.

Motorsport Australia CEO Sunil Vohra was pleased to have Disc Brakes Australia as the official Brake partner in 2024.

“We’re delighted to welcome Disc Brakes Australia to the Motorsport Australia family as the official Brake Partner,” Vohra said.

“DBA has an impressive history of involvement with Australian motorsport, from supplying performance brake products to supporting race categories and teams at all levels.

“We are looking forward to building a strong relationship with the team at Disc Brakes Australia.”

Disc Brakes Australia General Manager Phillip Joseph echoed Vohra’s comments on the partnership.

“As Australia’s premier brake manufacturer, partnering with Motorsport Australia seems like the perfect opportunity to deepen our connection with the Australian motorsport community,” Joseph said.

“With brake design patents and IP to our name and backed by our Australian R&D and manufacturing capabilities, we offer the largest range of brake rotors and pads in the market, something Motorsport Australia’s many members and licence holders will greatly benefit from.”
