Cooper Murray has continued his dominance in the Porsche PAYCE and Michelin Virtual Cup Australia after claiming another three victories at the latest round in Monza.
Murray was too strong throughout the round for the other 49 competitors, which included a number of a special guests including household names in Sam Brabham, Supercars’ star David Reynolds and international Australian driver Joey Mawson.
In the opening race, Murray’s biggest threat came from a former Porsche PAYCE Carrera Cup winner in Jaxon Evans, with the Kiwi finishing second place ahead of the young Cody Burcher.
Rounding out the top five was Matthew Payne and another Porsche motorsport success story in Matt Campbell.
It was a similar story in the evening’s second race with Murray once again securing victory over Evans and Burcher, while 2019 Porsche Michelin Sprint Challenge Australia winner Harri Jones and Brabham made up the top five.
In the round’s final race, Murray comfortably sealed his sixth consecutive race win in the series ahead of Burcher who continued to impress on the simulator after what’s been a solid campaign in the carsales ARG eSport Cup.
Grabbing the final spot on the podium was Jones after Evans fell to fourth place and just beating Jackson Walls, who finished inside the top five for the first night.
