The Shannons SpeedSeries will make its way up north for the fifth round of the 2023 season in August as it visits one of Queensland’s premier motorsport facilities, Queensland Raceway.

The circuit was constructed in 1999 and has been one of the more active venues for motorsport activities ever since, hosting national events like the Shannons SpeedSeries, Repco Supercars Championship, Australian Superbike Championship and more.

Located only 45 minutes west of the Brisbane CBD, the venue is also a popular attraction for teams testing throughout the calendar year, as well as hosting a variety of drift days, ride days, roll racing, state level racing and karting.

Measured at a distance of just over three kilometres in length, the national circuit is just one of four layout options on offer and provides a fast, technical, balanced approach where even the smallest of mistakes can prove costly.
