The countdown for the highly anticipated LIQUI MOLY GT Festival Sydney has officially begun, following the release of the event’s official poster.
Taking place on 18-20 September at the famous Sydney Motorsport Park, the penultimate round of the 2026 season will be the biggest of this year’s Shannons SpeedSeries calendar with six categories to feature throughout the three-day event.
With the return of twilight and night racing, pit walks, autograph sessions and grid walks, the poster instils a number of features highlighting these exciting elements, while bearing a yellow colour scheme that is inspired by the circuit’s famous Race Control building – affectionately known as the hamburger.
As for the racing itself, the Shannons SpeedSeries’ return to Eastern Creek will see GT World Challenge Australia powered by AWS, Monochrome GT Australia and Motorcraft Mustang Cup Australia all returning from Darwin.
Joining the three regulars on a jam-packed bill will be a number of returning categories, with Porsche Michelin Sprint Challenge Australia and First Focus Radical Cup Australia both back from Queensland Raceway in June.
Rounding out the list of categories is Ferrari Trofeo Pirelli Challenge Australasia, which returns for the first time since The Bend and holds its season finale at Sydney.
Multiple grid walks, a public pit lane walk, autograph sessions and plenty of other activations are to take place at the event – all of which fall under the General Admission ticket.
