SRO Motorsports Australia is pleased to announce EVENTelec as the naming rights partner for the Shannons SpeedSeries’ upcoming round at Queensland Raceway.
To be known as the EVENTelec GT Festival Queensland, this year marks the second consecutive year that the premier temporary electrical infrastructure provider has supported the event, having come on board last year.
Boasting a wealth of experience within the sporting, music and lifestyle sectors, and powering more than 120 events each year around Australia, EventElec is an industry leader in producing end-to-end electrical services using cutting-edge technology and eco-conscious practices.
Backed by a highly skilled team and a proven track record in the events industry for more than 20 years, EventElec was integral to providing power to the garages, marquees and other key infrastructure as part of last year’s Shannons SpeedSeries round at Queensland Raceway.

SRO Motorsports Australia CEO Ben McMellan said he was thrilled to have EVENTelec on board.
