SRO Motorsports Australia is pleased to confirm its broadcast line-up for the upcoming rounds of the 2026 Shannons SpeedSeries season following the departure of Richard Craill.
With Craill leaving the series effective immediately due to his appointment as Supercars’ lead commentator, another long-time caller of the Shannons SpeedSeries, Cameron Van Den Dungen, will step in during his absence for Darwin and Sydney.
Considered the ‘Super Sub’ of the Shannons SpeedSeries broadcast team, Van Den Dungen has featured regularly throughout the multiple iterations of the platform over its 20-year history, including the very first broadcast at Sandown Raceway.
The Victorian most recently featured in the broadcast at Queensland Raceway last year when he filled in for Chris Stubbs, playing a key role in the third round of the 2025 Shannons SpeedSeries coverage.
Van Den Dungen isn’t the only new face to join the broadcast team for the upcoming LIQUI MOLY GT Festival Darwin, with former GT World Challenge Australia Powered by AWS and Supercars driver Lee Holdsworth also making the journey to the Top End.
Holdsworth will replace Nick Percat, who remains unavailable, and will provide expert commentary from a driver’s perspective during the historic visit to Hidden Valley Raceway.
The pair join series regulars Greg Rust, Chris Stubbs and Charlie Barlow for the coverage, which will be broadcast live and ad-free on FOX SPORTS Australia and Kayo Sports.
LIQUI MOLY GT Festival Darwin takes place at Hidden Valley Raceway on 24-26 July, with tickets available for purchase via speedseries.com.au/tickets.

“I don’t spend much time at racetracks these days so it’s a great opportunity and one I’m really looking forward to being involved with.
“I’ve raced GT cars for a number of years, I know the category and the drivers pretty well. Hopefully I can give viewers some insight into what the drivers are experiencing behind the wheel and add a bit of perspective from having raced against many of them myself.”
